  • We concentrate on one important topic at a time, which can be anything from branding to metrics and modelling.

You will leave with the tools & the knowledge - the challenge is then for you to implement these learnings into your daily business planning. The workshops also provide networking opportunities in a defined setting allowing sharing of ideas, problems and solutions.

Advise Programmes

We bring our workshop model to the next level by layering in a series of one to one advisory sessions, making the programmes longer and more intensive and devising a strategy specifically for your business. Each of these advisory sessions will produce a strategic action plan for you to follow.

Strategy Clinic

If time is critical, our Strategy Clinics tackle the specific challenges you face that need immediate attention. We work through the issues to develop a deep understanding of your business, analyse your challenges and devise solutions. Each clinic will produce a strategic action plan for you to follow.

What You Gain

The workshops will give you the knowledge of what to do while the individual advisory sessions will tackle and start to solve your specific business issues immediately

The Strategy clinics have an immediate effect. By focusing on the most pressing issues that you face right now, we work with you to address those issues and help you move forward before the end of the session.

The Cost and Timing

Our Advise Programmes, including the advisory sessions run throughout the year and can vary in length depending on the course content – please go to Book A Seat for full details and costs. Programmes at this level of intensity range from €250 upwards.
